There is no shortage of outré restaurants in Moscow. Entry generally requires three things: a vast supply of roubles, a mysterious, granite-faced 'head of personal security' and - most importantly - the ability to flash a brand new iPad. White Rabbit is just such an establishment. As one might expect, the menu is laced with foie gras and caviar - along with upmarket versions of Russian classics such as cabbage roll filled with rabbit. What one does not expect is the view.
