Porsche Design P'9981 phone

While it's fair to say the Porsche Design P’9981 Smartphone isn't going to out-sell Apple's iPhone 4S, we can't help but lust after its laser cut stainless steel body, hand-wrapped leather back and high-resolution 2.8-inch touchscreen. Powered by the BlackBerry 7 operating system (with a Porsche-tweaked UI) it has a 1.2GHz processor and voice-activation. The design is reminiscent of a prop from Short Circuit; a long-lost prediction from 1985 of how a 'portable phone' would look in 2020. Given that such predictions often turn out to be better than the reality, we'd say that's no bad thing...
