James Bond 'buzz saw' Rolex from Live And Let Die

Like pornography and gambling, the market for James Bond memorabilia is virtually recession-proof. Hence the estimate Christies has placed on this Rolex worn by Roger Moore in Live and Let Die. As you can see from the sketch, it features a razor-toothed 'buzz saw' bezel - used by 007 to free himself from the hoist in Dr. Kanaga's shark-infested lair. You may also recall its bullet-deflecting 'hyper intense magnetic field', which Bond decides would be better employed unzipping a girl's dress: 'Sheer magnetism, darling'. The movement has been removed and - sadly for those of us thinking, 'Hmm, nice way to open a bottle of Becks' - neither feature works. It'll be auctioned in Geneva on Monday 14 November.
