The latter was a source of immense wonder - much like Scanomat's TopBrewer coffee machine. One punches an order into an iPad or iPhone, and 15 seconds later said order is pumped out of the swan-neck tap in one's kitchen. (25 seconds if you select 'Espresso'). Beneath the counter, dual 64mm grinders blitz the beans in one second, feeding coffee to the tip of the tap, which contains the world's smallest milk foamer. The milk line is flushed out after every cup, so the tap can also produce hot water for tea and steam for blanching vegetables. Many coffee machines claim to be 'The Ultimate', but it's fair to say this takes the biscotti...
